As a Member, you can freely browse, visit all pages of site, you can find flat, house, Land, or any property to buy, hire, lease, take on rent, find paying guest, find room mate etc. You can free sign-up to be able to browse and search property, and save searches for future visits, add and save as Favorite Property Listings. You can also receive notification by email when new Property Listings that match your saved searches are added to the site. And indeed members can contact the advertisers (listing posters), to get it on rent, to buy, lease or inquire about the listed/displayed property.

In addition to above member privileges, as Selling Members, OR Agents you can ALSO post (advertise) Property Listings, for giving on Rent, Lease, Sell etc. and you can be given even more advanced privileges, by site admin, depending on the rapport of property listing provider.
